Integrated Infrastructure Solutions
for AI Data Centers
Power Infrastructure
Power infrastructure includes transformers, power systems, and grid upgrades: transformers adjust voltage for efficient transmission and safe use; power systems manage generation, transmission, and distribution; grid upgrade packages modernize networks with smart tech, protection devices, and renewable integration to improve reliability and capacity.
Cooling Infrastructure
Cooling infrastructure includes liquid cooling systems, cooling pipes, CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit) connections, and complementary cooling system components. Liquid cooling efficiently removes heat from high-density equipment; cooling pipes transport the coolant between components; CDU connections manage coolant flow, pressure, and temperature; and the overall cooling system accessories (such as pumps, valves, reservoirs, and sensors) ensure reliable thermal regulation. Together, these elements form an integrated solution for maintaining optimal operating temperatures in data centers, power electronics, or industrial applications.
Modular Prefabrication
Modular prefabrication involves manufacturing prefabricated modules, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) modules, pipe racks, and skid systems off-site for rapid on-site assembly. Prefabricated modules serve as building blocks for structures or plant sections; MEP modules integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components into compact units; pipe racks support and route piping networks; and skid systems provide pre-assembled, frame-mounted equipment sets (e.g., pumps, chillers, controls) that can be easily transported and connected. Together, these elements reduce construction time, improve quality control, and minimize field labor, making them ideal for data centers, industrial plants, and energy facilities.
Industrial Supply Chain
An industrial supply chain covers the sourcing and delivery of critical components such as cables, steel structures, valves, pumps, brackets, and engineering support parts. Cables provide power and signal transmission; steel structures form load-bearing frameworks; valves regulate fluid flow; pumps move liquids or gases; brackets secure equipment and piping; and engineering support parts include all necessary fasteners, connectors, gaskets, and accessories. Together, these elements ensure smooth construction, operation, and maintenance of industrial facilities.
